I know, I know... reminds you of My Chemical Romance's album title. "The Black Parade". I don't blame you. I even wore my MCR album shirt during the morning of event day (which I got at their worldwide album launch party gig at 6UG last October '06. I just HAD to wear it!).
But this event, made possible by CLEAR (I use the shampoo! *raises hand*) was to steer away from the usual lovey-dovey Red into a more sophisticated and sexy, daring and intimidating Black. Not everyone liked the motif or the theme (I Googled it, and there are some bloggers who strongly stressed this point), but hey! This is marketing! This is strategy. One could say it's a form of freedom. A twist. So just leave it alone :)
Anyway, here are some photos I took from Day 1 of rehearsals all the way to event day which was last Feb. 16, 2008. No photos were taken during Day3 because I was busy screaming my lungs out during rehearsals. The Parade party was held at The Fort Open Field and long story short... it was a success! Yehey! Although I didn't get to have my picture taken with Fafa Fiolo Fascual (kulet!), I did get to shout, get mad, laugh and had loads of fun with more than 200 dancers. It felt goooood.
I'll write more about it on my blog, and the video I have uploaded on YouTube.

And a huge hug and a thank you to Alia and Jay for inviting me aboard their team. Thanks so much for this experience. When do we do it again? (--haha!)
